We offer a few different ways to work together. Our services are online-based, making it easy for teams to participate from anywhere. In-person sessions can also be arranged when preferred (travel costs may apply). Please take a moment to review the options below and reach out with any questions. Workshop Sessions
We work with your team to improve an area of your organization that could run more smoothly. It might be something that slows down work, drains resources, or causes challenges for staff or customers.
Your team leads the ideas. We guide the sessions*, provide the materials, and coach your team so the time feels productive and focused. By the end, you’ll have a clear improvement plan your team can start putting into action right away.
Each participant receives an IMP Certificate of Achievement for completing a hands-on project and gaining core process improvement principles.

The experience builds a foundation at the Lean Six Sigma White or Yellow Belt level, depending on how much time your team spends with us. Many participants later choose to pursue formal Lean Six Sigma certification. For those who want to take the next step, IMP participants receive 20% off any standard certification exam through the Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).
*During your complimentary planning meeting, we’ll decide how many workshops (typically about an hour each) make sense for your team and plan them around your team’s schedule.
Lean Six Sigma Exam Prep Sessions
We offer dedicated training for those who want to learn Lean Six Sigma and prepare for a White or Yellow Belt exam. Our sessions make Lean Six Sigma easy to understand and apply in your industry. These sessions don’t include a live team project, which is the key difference from our workshops. Based on the belt level you or your team want to achieve, we’ll create a schedule and develop a training plan.
Each participant receives an IMP Certificate of Achievement for completing the targeted belt-level training. Participants receive 20% off any standard CSSC certification exam upon completing their training.
